The green tied string in the picture almost hanged my bird. It came out and he had it wrapped around his neck and a perch. Two of these strings run straight through the pink bead on each side and can be removed by just pulling it out. I think was possibly done as a safety feature but it is still unsafe. If you buy this please remove that part!!!! And as I’ve now learned, inspect your toys before giving them to your bird.

18 year African Gray is a bit finiky when she has new toys. This was one she destroyed and then continued to destroy. I have seen her play and it does seem to occupy her time. The key is the soft stuff at the top. Once she’s gotten that destroyed she’ll go back and mess around with the other stuff. I have bought this a few times now and will continue to buy them. 2 of them for a inexpensive price is really goof for my parrot. She likes it and I believe yours will too.

I like these toys for my little birds, they like them and play with them until they destroy them, which is the idea.
I like the variety of colors, and the interesting appearance. I will keep buying them.

My 2 budgies have never taken to a toy so quickly, destroying the soft part in a day, they really enjoyed themselves doing it though, have bought more.

My bird loves this toy. She loves pulling the strings out.

My parakeets love these toys but they had the top gone within a days. If you don’t want a mess everywhere don’t buy lol. Even though the white stuff is gone it still hangs. The 4 star is because I didn’t think the white stuff could be shredded in a day. They still play with it

We have two green cheek conures and both adore these toys. They love shredding the coloured paper and the sponge. Typically they’ll completely destroy one each in about a week. They’ve gone through six of them already. Going to order a few more, they’re by far the toy they’re most consistently interested in playing with that we’ve ever tried (we’ve had our male, Eddie, for 9 years, and our female, Bernadette, for two).
