So far, it’s a good toy, not heavy and easy to toss. I’m still working on getting my basset hound to play with it, but the handle actually is a problem for him, as he likes to play chest soccer with balls. I got him the 10″ ball, which is about the right size for self play, but he has not figured it out yet. Some think it’s too light, but I wanted a lighter ball for my short stack pup. I recommend, but sizing will be important for the dog’s needs, I think.

I have purchased this 2x, on to my 3rd , my gsd loves it, but the handle attached to the ball is not strong. My boy is not an aggressive chewer by any means..he enjoys flipping it in the air, 2nd purchase and the handle, again is almost off the ball..just like the first one. Expensive toy for sure, but he does like it. Would be nice to find this on sale.

Not only do the colts flip it all around. The German Shepard shares in Thé fun and has punctured it but it won’t deflate. Incredible Looks brand new after 2 spring months of play

My dogs absolutely love this huge ball! As others have stated, they did chew off the handle! I will be getting another one & hanging it from a pole to keep them engaged.
Toy quality:
It is thick and so far they haven’t been able pop it!
Size:
Large enough to keep them engaged
Durability:
The only damage has been to the handle, which was expected due to other reviews

Our Blue Heeler is a power chewer. He has literally destroyed every “indestructible” dog toy. Well this Dingo met his match! The jolly ball is perfect for aggressive chewers. Extremely durable and great size (10in) for larger breeds. Yes, there are some teeth marks in it on day 1, but no punctures. He is obsessed and tires himself right out. Reading other comments, if you don’t monitor the dog or allow them to have unlimited chew time—it will wear down. I monitor my Heeler with certain toys and once he begins just chewing more aggressively instead of playing, just take it away. If this is used properly with your dog, it will have a long shelf life! Definitely recommend for power chewers with monitoring.

First, let me say we have been buying Jolly Balls for 7 years! My boxer absolutely LOVES the scented balls. Lately the scented ones are so hard to get. My boxer will play with jolly balls and make all kinds of funny noises and not let anyone by them. I bought the peppermint one for his 7th birthday. He had one before and it truly smelled peppermint and it was more pink than red. This ball arrived a bright red and no scent. I usually have to hide the boxes with new scented balls at a neighbors house because he can smell them! This one arrived on the porch, he walked passed it. I knew something was off. I put it in my garage and he had no clue. On his birthday we opened it and no scent. I was disappointed but am I going to take it away from him? No way! Now three days later, a ball made for horses is broken by a 63 pound Boxer? Jolly Ball has been a disappointment these last few years. It’s so hard to find the scented balls which my boy loves. I wish I didn’t throw out perfectly good balls because the new ones are not the same quality and not scented. He once had a banana scented ball. His favorite color is green so I often ordered the green apple scented ones. Hard to come by now. And ordering from independent sellers is a nightmare. Often the listing says scented but you don’t get scented or even the color you ordered. Hang on to those jolly balls your dog loves. I just loved seeing my dog get new ones and being so happy. Wish I didn’t get rid of them. So now the handle is broke and I have to be the creep to take this new ball away from a happy dog. And I currently have other jolly balls just like
this with the handle made for horses that are not broken. Such a disappointment! I hope another company comes along with similar products or Jolly Ball improves and gets more stock. Watching my dog with a new scented Jolly Ball in the past years has given this dog mom such pleasure and watching my boy happy warms my heart! Not Scented! Not Sturdy for a dog let alone a horse!

My Border Collie simply loves this ball. He carries it around by the handle running around the yard. It is very flexible and durable. He loves to bite it and carry around that way too. Would definitely buy again.

The quality is rather poor, especialy for such a high price. 5 minutes into playing, the handle was already bitten to pieces.
However, my dobermann loves it. Good toy, but not for heavy chewers.

Let me just say, my horse loves to play and my horse LOVESSSS his jolly ball! He has 3 of them and plays with them all the time! He has so much fun and they are a great toy for dogs and horses! They are made extremely well and last a really long time. They come in many sizes, scents, and colors!

This thing is big. But my medium size dog loves it. He carries it around like it was much smaller. He destroyed an off-brand jolly ball smaller one within the hour so don’t get anything that doesn’t have the “Horsemen’s Pride” label on it. This ball appears completely indestructible. Except for the tiny plastic hole plug that got removed within 10 minutes. Not a problem though because the ball does not deflate at all. I wish the company would make a smaller one. But I don’t think my dog cares. He loves the one he has. Edited. Well damn. Had to reduce my rating to 3 stars. It took less than a week for him to chew a corner off the handle. But he still loves it. And it is still useable as a toy. But now I have to monitor his play time with it so he won’t swallow harmful pieces he chews off.

Muy bonita suficientemente resistente.

Solid ball. My big dog can’t chew through it and loves pushing it around the yard. It’s held up well so far. He loves playing puppy guard with it!
